Teacher Training: The Link Between Academic Performance and Success in Professional Practice

چکیده
This research approaches initial teacher training from the perspective of structure and curriculum. During training, any disconnection between theoretical content practical application theory should be avoided. Therefore, this article proposes to study quality by determining predictive capacity academic performance with respect success in professional practices teachers training. An index validity Bayes' theorem are used estimate complex problem. The target group is science pedagogy careers belonging 2006 2013 cohorts, a size 842 students Chilean state university. results indicate that does not reach 50%, which shows practice previous These raise need analyze relevance teaching practice. Furthermore, it emphasizes have adequate assurance processes for entire higher education system.
